Delete your Capitol Keys account
Capitol Keys is run by Nalo Seed LLC. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or from this page.
How to ask
- In the Capitol Keys app: open More, then tap Delete my account.
- On this page: sign in, then use the button below.
- By email: write to grow@naloseed.com from the address on your account and say you want it deleted.
What happens next
- We confirm it is you, then delete your account within 30 days.
- Deleted: your account and sign-in, your profile and card, your connections and the notes on them, introduction requests, challenge progress, drinks, photos you added, and the phones registered for notifications.
- Kept: a record of the texts and emails we sent you and your consent to receive texts, where the law asks us to keep it.
- People you connected with keep anything they saved to their own phone, such as a contact card. We can’t reach into their devices.
- Changed your mind? Email us before we finish and we’ll stop.
