Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or attending a Capitol Keys event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The Platform

Capitol Keys is a networking event platform that provides digital business cards, QR-based connections, interactive challenges, and drink/reward tracking for in-person events. The platform is provided "as is" for use during events.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email for sign-in
• One account per person — do not create duplicate accounts
• You must be at least 21 years old to attend events where alcohol is served

Event Conduct

When using the platform at events, you agree to:

• Treat other attendees with respect
• Not misuse QR codes or attempt to manipulate challenge completions
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Follow all venue rules and event guidelines

Rewards & Drinks

Drink rewards and other incentives earned through challenges are subject to availability, venue policies, and applicable laws. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are valid only for the event at which they were earned unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The Capitol Keys name, logo, and platform design are our property. Content you provide (profile info, photos) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the platform for networking purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Capitol Keys is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: missed connections, lost rewards, or event cancellations. The platform is provided for entertainment and networking purposes.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in disruptive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

SMS Communications

By checking the SMS opt-in box during registration and providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Capitol Keys (operated by Nalo Seed LLC) related to events you have registered for. These messages may include:

• Event reminders and schedule updates
• Venue reveals and day-of details
• Check-in links and QR code access
• Post-event follow-ups and recaps
• Registration announcements for upcoming events

Message frequency varies, typically 3-6 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not required to register for or attend events.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
